My version to the Overlord’s set with the Shattered Sun tabard, looks stunning! Many like myself are exasperated that the official shoulders look crappy with this set so I got creative. This is perfectly low key for shoulders and didn’t draw too much attention (the other options were either too bulky/flashy/slight discoloration) making this a nice ensemble for your Plate wearer to literally look like they can take a few hits and keep reasonably fashionable.
Mastersmith’s Hammer is the perfect choice for 1h Mace wearers. I’m sporting a Mass of McGowan but it is intentionally concealed.
Warbringer’s Shield for those who like a steely iron look to your pally, there are other good options around for a more basic and authentic feel. I just like the color scheme with this.
My ‘Merciless’ set. When I start a tranmog I choose one item then pick the other items to match. Since I’m a fury warrior I wanted something aggressive, but with a little colour to add a feminine quality. I started with the [Merciless Gladiator’s Plate Chestpiece] and went from there.
I’m going to be using [Masterwork Phantasmal Hammer for the foreseeable future so I was limited to one-handed maces. A lot of the one-hand maces are loud and gaudy. I just wanted something simple. And because Deadmines is close to my heart, [Cookie’s Meat Mallet] is what I chose. :)
Oh, and no helmet. Look at that pretty face. No need to hide.
In Soviet Azeroth, Draenei wrestle YOU. The chill in the air comes from the crushing strength of centuries-old glaciers embodied in the muscular form of the Azerothian wrestler known as “The Mammoth.” He speaks little, but his glare has been known to make grown men quake, and the frosty air around his icy armor gives more than one opponent frostbite. (While I think the wrestling look is pretty perfect without the shoulders and chestpiece, I included them for the sake of having a full matching transmog outfit, but couldn’t resist including images of them without. )[IMG | Item List]

Final entry from Week one of the Mogolympics is the Discus entry from the Argent Dawn, and this one was a gold medal winner for the faction!
Brawn and beauty don’t always have to be separate entities, as our lovely dwarven model shows, with her compact build and tough plate outfit, she’s ready to fling that disc as far as she needs to to prove a point. Blue and gold plate swirls in swoops reminiscent of a disc in flight, and glint like the sun at just the right angle. It’s a competition to see which knocks you off your feet first- her outfit or that big round disc she just tossed at your head. [Item List]
Now that the first week’s judging is up, those entries from the Mogolympicscan be revealed. Next we have the Argent Dawn’s representative for the Hammer Throw!
The furious howl of a wolf at the full moon is threaded through this plate outfit of silver and black, contrasting sharply with the blood red center of both the chestpiece and the hammer. It pulses with a feral, beating heart like it’s bearer, and our male worgen model knows he can wreak havoc with more than just his formidable weapon in this outfit. [Item List]
